Come and enjoy a generous portion of our “butterflyed potatoes.” The freshly “butterfly” cut potatoes are deep fried in soybean oil (good for you!) and served hot with a variety of toppings. Try the “originals”, which are served plain and add your own stuff from our condiment counter. Or, choose from our topping menu that includes sour cream w/onion, nacho cheese w/bacon, ranch, BBQ, the Mexican style “grande”, or the spicy “inferno.” Better yet, come every Saturday so you can try them ALL! Our butterflyed potatoes are so good they fly off your plate!
