Our third generation farm was expanded in 1987 to produce quality maple syrup. We specialize in maple syrup, maple cream, fancy sugar cakes, maple mustard, maple BBQ sauce, 4 varieties of maple roasted nuts, maple nut toppings and 10 maple seasonings.

All of our products are made by us for you – our assurance to you of a quality product. Our syrup was named “Best of Show” at the 2009 NYS Fair and again in 2010.
We also sell Wixson’s honey, Naples Valley products. New this season is Hickory Syrup & a Hot, Hot Maple Mustard.
