The Fabric Maven's World - Booth 228
After retiring from teaching, Ceil Hoffer became a vendor in craft shows in South Florida. Then she and husband Jack moved to Branchport, NY in 2004, and she became a vendor at The Windmill. Ceil does a variety of fabric crafts, but her favorite crafts involve reverse-decoupage of glassware with both fabric and paper. Besides the items she does to please her own heart, Ceil can also do custom work with your fabric, photos, poetry, or favorite sayings.
